The Solstice is not the beginning of light, but its climax. And as such, it begins to curve. What expands must turn. What burns must offer.

You are not just a witness—you are a transmitter. The solar apex is not outside of you. It is mirrored in your nervous system, in your breath, in your willingness to stay open.

What the Light Asks Now:

• What is blooming that I didn’t plan for?

• What part of me is ripening through grief?

• What desire is ready to become directive, not suppressed?

This is emotional geometry in action.

The frequency of Summer is not just joy—it is saturation. It is the moment before the descent. It is the ripeness that can no longer hide.

3. Visualize light descending through your crown, meeting the waters of your belly. Let fire and water dance.

   "I am the coherence I seek.
   My body is the altar.
   My feeling is the field."
